Iraqi humanitarian applicants in Amman are requested
to have their relatives in Australia obtain the humanitarian
application form (842) and send it with the proposal form (681)
to the applicants; and after completion of the forms, lodge the
applications in Amman.
Two A-based officers were posted to Amman in the second
half of 2000. By the end of 2002 the Amman office should
be processing & deciding all permanent and temporary
visa applications for residents of Jordan and Iraq.
