'Visa Control Centre' means Ozmigrate's secure online platform which allows Client's to check and/or update their personal information.

'Information' means everything written and included on the website or in our emails.

'Fees' shall mean OZMIGRATE.com professional fees to represent the Client in a skills or visa application.

'Member' A registered user of OZMIGRATE.com service identified in the account registration process.

'DIAC' means the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship.

'MARA' The Migration Agents Registration Authority.

'Working Day' means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday, a bank holiday, Christmas day or Good Friday.

SERVICES
When quoting our services, OZMIGRATE provides clients with written confirmation of the terms and conditions under which work is to be undertaken on a one fixed fee basis, which helps to avoid any additional or hidden charges that may be incurred.

The Online Migration Interview has been designed to obtain relevant information about you to help us determine whether you meet the current visa entry requirements for migration to Australia.
